Where is the Sandà Moda store located?
Our shop is located in via Belotti 2/A, Reggio Emilia, Italy . We are open from Monday to Saturday from 9.30 to 13.00 and from 15.30 to 19.30. We are closed on Sundays.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept different payment methods: Credit Card, Debit Card and Prepaid Card of Visa and Mastercard circuits, PayPal, Bank Transfer, Klarna, Scalapay and Cash on Delivery . You can choose the payment method you prefer during checkout.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary based on the method chosen and the purchase amount:
- DHL : €7 for orders under €100, free shipping for orders over €100.
- Cash on delivery : Cash on delivery available at a cost of €15 for orders under €150, free for orders over €150.
- GLS : €5 for orders under €80, free shipping over €80.
- On-site collection : Free at our store in Reggio Emilia.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are shipped within 24/48 hours after payment confirmation . You will receive an email notification with the shipping details and tracking number (only for DHL and cash on delivery shipments).
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, you have the right to return within 14 days of receiving the package. To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp with your request. Items must be returned in their original condition with receipt and packaging. The return shipping is at the customer's expense. We also offer a return collection service via our courier at a cost of €7. A voucher of the same amount will be issued upon return of the goods.
What should I do if I don't receive confirmation of my order?
If you do not receive your order confirmation within an hour of purchasing, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +39 338 9253484 or via email at sandamoda@gmail.com.
Can I get a discount on my first purchase?
Yes, by subscribing to our newsletter you will receive a 10% discount code for your first purchase . The offer cannot be combined with other promotions.

What happens if the item I purchased is defective?
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately . We will arrange a free return or exchange and do everything we can to resolve the issue quickly.
